How do you ship?
We mainly use SF Express / USPS / UPS to provide delivery services for U.S orders and Canada Post for Canada orders.. After processing the order, we send it to the shipping company, who will do the follow-up processing. A tracking number will be assigned to you so that you can track your order.
Processing and shipping time:
Typically, shipments are in transit for 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday). Order processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Your shipping confirmation email will include the name of the carrier and a link to track your package. Information on out of stock or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also view your order online by logging into your account.
If tracking shows the item was lost in transit, the customer should email us and we will investigate the shipping status of the package.
Out of stock and pending order
If an item is sold out we will notify you and a full refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and the customer can choose to receive the item when available or receive a full refund.
Where do we ship to?
We ships to the United States and Canada (excludes Hawaii, Alaska & other outlying territories).
When will tracking be available?
We update tracking information as soon as we have it, usually within 48 hours. Occasionally, our logistic partner may be late on information update, this however, will not delay the actual delivery.
How long does it take to process orders?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays, and 48 hours on weekends and holidays.
Timeframes are based on items that receive one proof round and include manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. Items without a proof or additional proof rounds will affect the delivery date.

International Duties And Fees
The cost of shipping does not include any customs, fees, duties, or other taxes. Joyatwall is not able to determine what, if any, additional fees may be charged for delivery of an international package. You will be responsible for paying any additional costs yourself.
How to cancel my order?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for regular shipping purchases. We ship out our express processed purchases so quickly that you may be unable to cancel. If we have not shipped your item yet, regardless of processing level, you may cancel your order. Once it is shipped we cannot cancel your order.
How to track my order?
Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from email@example.com with your tracking number included in it.
Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 3 - 5 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.

Things to Keep in Mind:
Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.
