1. What colors do NEON lights come in?
We offer a wide range of colors across our collection, including classic single tones (like White, Blue, Pink, and Warm Light), custom dual-color and tri-color setups, and dynamic RGB options. Because color availability depends on the specific design, please check the color selection buttons directly on the product page to see what's available for that item.

2. What if my sign not lighting or arrives damaged?
Our neon light have a one-year warranty. If any damage occurs during transportation or the light cannot be lit normally due to quality problems. Despite the care and attention we give to packaging and ensuring the safe arrival of your sign, unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process can damage the package contents. In the rare event that your sign arrives broken, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately and our customer team will keep in touch with you within 24 hours. 💡We will replace you with a new product for free or if you prefer a full refund.
3. Is this sign for outdoor use?
This sign is designed for indoor use only. You can hang it anywhere indoors.

4. How long does it take to Process & Delivery?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated shipping transit time is 10–20 calendar days after dispatch.

5. Cancel & Return policy?
Your Order: Please contact us quoting your order number. If you want to change the order information, please provide the item you want to change to so that we can follow up.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after the order is placed. Non-custom orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment.

💡Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified, recalled, or cancelled.

6. Can you create my business logo/design or custom style? And how much does a custom sign cost?
We accept custom styles provided by customers, you can build the style you need, and the custom is more distinctive. (However, due to the computer monitor, there may be color differences.

Currently we only accept orders from the United States and Canada (excludes Hawaii, Alaska & other outlying territories).

Neon signs are fragile and we guarantee that every shipment is professionally packaged to ensure the sign you purchase arrive safely.

How do you ship?

We mainly use SF Express / USPS / UPS to provide delivery services for U.S orders and Canada Post for Canada orders.. After processing the order, we send it to the shipping company, who will do the follow-up processing. A tracking number will be assigned to you so that you can track your order.

Processing and shipping time:

Typically, shipments to the United States are in transit for 10–14 business days (Monday–Friday).Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. This processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Tracking control

Your shipping confirmation email will include the name of the carrier and a link to track your package. Information on out of stock or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also view your order online by logging into your account.

If tracking shows the item was lost in transit, the customer should email us and we will investigate the shipping status of the package.

Out of stock and pending order

If an item is sold out we will notify you and a full refund will be issued in the form of the original payment. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and the customer can choose to receive the item when available or receive a full refund.

We ships to the United States and Canada (excludes Hawaii, Alaska & other outlying territories).

When will tracking be available?

Tracking information may take 1–5 calendar days to become available after your package is handed over to the carrier. Please allow this time for the carrier’s initial tracking update. Occasionally, our logistic partner may be late on information update, this however, will not delay the actual delivery.

Timeframes are based on items that receive one proof round and include manufacturing, assembly, and packaging. Items without a proof or additional proof rounds will affect the delivery date.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
The standard shipping fee covers transit costs only and does not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for checking and paying all additional local charges upon delivery. Joyatwall cannot predict or control these government-imposed fees.

How to cancel my order?

Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after the order is placed. Non-custom orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will be sent from support@joyatwall.com within 1–5 calendar days after your package is handed over to the carrier. It will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. Once you receive the email, follow the steps below to check your delivery status.

Things to Keep in Mind:

A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives your package and does not, by itself, confirm dispatch. Tracking information may take 1–5 calendar days to become available after the package is handed over to the carrier.
